Manager/Assistant Manager / Front of House

📍 Location: Plonk’d Wadebridge, Cornwall
💸 Pay: Dependant upon experience + Tips

⏰ Hours: Flexible, Part-Time or Full-Time

We’re a small, passionate tapas bar with big aspirations, looking for an enthusiastic Manager /Assistant Manager / Front of House to join our team! If you love great food, excellent service, and want to help drive a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in hospitality with either a focus on wine or mixology.

• A passion for great food and drinks.

• Ability to work well under pressure and keep things organised.

• A team player with leadership potential as we grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction.

• Help manage daily operations, including opening/closing and product ordering 

• Oversee wine and cocktail offerings, ensuring staff are knowledgeable

• Creating new wine lists and cocktail recipes

• Assist with marketing, including social media updates and in-house promotions.
